Job Description
Tulips n Lilies Confectionery is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Personnel to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will bridge management and employee relations, manage recruitment processes, and nurture a positive working environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing performance appraisals, maintaining pay plans, and ensuring legal compliance in HR management. A minimum of 2 years of HR experience is required, along with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
