Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize work schedules for repairs and maintenance
- Lead and supervise workshop staff
- Ensure a clean and safe workshop environment
- Manage and report workplace incidents
- Source quotations for materials and supplies
- Review completed works for quality assurance
- Oversee the proper storage of workshop tools
Qualifications:
- Minimum OND/SSCE qualification with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
