Job Description
Eleganza is seeking a professional Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our workshop in Lagos. The ideal candidate will effectively manage tools, equipment, and resources while leading a team of engineers and technicians. You will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues and maintaining injection mould machinery from leading brands. This senior-level position requires at least 6 years of experience and an MBA or MSc degree.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop operations efficiently.
- Lead a team in resolving mechanical issues.
- Develop preventive maintenance protocols.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of workshop tools and machinery, hands-on experience with injection mould equipment, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
