Job Description
Outsource Global Technology Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Management Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in planning, scheduling, and managing staffing needs to meet our service level objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze forecasts and adjust schedules to align with service levels.
- Create and manage agent schedules, accommodating breaks and training.
- Monitor call volumes to manage unexpected changes.
