Job Description
Oris Consulting is searching for a driven and results-oriented Wholesale Development Executive to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with spearheading sales growth and enhancing our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly sales targets and coverage goals.
- Oversee daily and monthly performance metrics of the sales team.
- Conduct performance evaluations to ensure team consistency.
- Provide training and resources to improve team skills.
- Manage inventory and cash reconciliation with distributor partners.
Qualifications:
- Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and a local language.
