Job Description
Lead the Controls function across the West and Central regions, responsible for the design, implementation, and reliability of control systems while managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Establish engineering standards and oversee PLC/DCS projects from planning through commissioning.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control issues; coordinate closely with operations, safety, and vendors.
- Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery and maintain high reliability and compliance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Control Engineering, 7+ years in controls, proven leadership, strong troubleshooting and vendor-management skills, and willingness to travel.
