Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Web Portal Officer at KNN Corporate Services Limited. In this role, you will provide essential support to our product sales team and relationship managers, facilitating the smooth transition of customers to our new electronic banking platforms.
Your responsibilities include managing transaction banking solutions, ensuring customer contact models are maintained, and enforcing operational control within electronic banking support services. You will also monitor deliverables related to implementation and keep stakeholders informed.
