Job Description
Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, supervising staff to ensure efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, returns handling, and timely shipments. Maintain safety and quality standards while optimizing workflows to meet key performance indicators.
- Manage scheduling, inventory control, and coordination with procurement and carriers.
- Coach team performance, drive process improvements, and enforce safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems; forklift certification preferred.
- Requires 3+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision, strong organizational and communication skills.
