Job Description
CashXpress Nigeria Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Automation Manager (Voice Product Analyst) to advance our voice technology and ensure seamless financial service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in product analysis, particularly in voice or audio-based technology.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing our voice-related products, monitoring user feedback, and collaborating with our team to enhance user experience. Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with tools such as SQL and Google Analytics are crucial for success in this role.
