Job Description
We seek a Vice President, Business Risk and Control to lead enterprise risk management and strengthen internal controls across business lines. The role partners with senior leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks, oversee a team, and coordinate with internal audit and regulators.
- Design and implement risk frameworks and control testing programs.
- Report risk metrics and manage remediation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in control effectiveness.
Qualifications: 10+ years in risk, compliance, or audit; demonstrated leadership; strong analytical skills; certifications such as CRMA, CIA, or FRM preferred.
