Job Description
Proten International seeks a Verification Manager to lead our Lagos verification team, ensuring secure customer onboarding through rigorous KYC/AML practices while preserving a seamless customer experience. You will manage daily operations, design and refine workflows and policies, deploy fraud detection tools, monitor suspicious activity, and maintain full compliance with CBN and AML regulations. The role includes training and mentoring verification officers, reporting verification metrics, and collaborating with Tech and Product teams to optimize systems.
- Requirements: 5+ years in verification/KYC/fraud/compliance within banking or fintech
- In-depth knowledge of CBN KYC/AML regulations and digital verification tools
- Proven leadership, strong analytical skills, and a relevant bachelor’s degree
