Job Description
We are seeking a Venture Validation and Growth Lead to validate business ideas, design experiments, and scale validated ventures. You will lead customer discovery, build MVPs, define and monitor KPIs, and develop go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Responsibilities: design and run experiments, perform A/B testing, analyze metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in startup or product roles; strong analytical and UX skills; experience with growth marketing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Reporting to the Head of Ventures, this role provides a strategic opportunity to shape high-impact products and accelerate company growth.
