Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor and Fulfillment Supervisor to manage vendor partnerships, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy. The role includes coordinating vendor activities, monitoring KPIs, resolving supply disruptions, supervising fulfillment staff, and driving process improvements while maintaining documentation and quality standards.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain or operations
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with WMS/ERP systems; detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure
