Job Description
Pruvia Integrated Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Unit Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales and service professionals, driving revenue growth while ensuring an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced setting. Applicants must possess at least an HND and have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing position, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
This role includes guiding the team to meet performance targets, designing sales initiatives, mentoring staff, and monitoring key performance indicators to facilitate continuous improvement.
