Job Description
Lheon Consulting Limited is actively seeking a Treasury Manager with extensive experience in the microfinance banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing liquidity management, developing funding strategies, planning investments, and managing financial risks.
Key responsibilities will include daily liquidity management, executing funding strategies, optimizing asset and liability positions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field, accompanied by 5-7 years of relevant experience, specifically within a Microfinance Bank.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in treasury software.
