Job Description
We are seeking a professional Travel Assistant to support our travel team in booking arrangements, itinerary preparation, and traveler assistance. The role involves coordinating flights, hotels, and ground transportation; preparing clear, detailed itineraries; maintaining travel documents; and supporting visa applications and expense processing.
Required qualifications: 1–2 years of travel coordination experience, strong verbal and written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
