Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join Economic and Business Strategies. This full-time position in Abuja involves leading our NGO’s capacity-building initiatives to promote entrepreneurship, economic development, and poverty alleviation.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute impactful training programs, design tailored curricula, engage stakeholders, secure funding, and represent the organization at various forums.
Requirements: A degree with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing training programs.
This position offers a salary range of NGN 150,00 – 250,00 plus commission.
