Job Description
MAX Drive seeks a Training and Onboarding Officer to design and deliver candidate training, onboard Champions, monitor rider progress, lead policy and contract orientations, and recommend recurring programs (e.g., health & safety). You will ensure smooth application processing and consistent training delivery.
- Requirements: proven training experience, familiarity with orientation systems, excellent organizational and communication skills, a startup mindset, and strict respect for confidentiality.
