Job Description
We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive performance. You will collaborate with managers to assess needs, develop engaging curricula, and implement both instructor-led and e-learning solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and create instructional materials.
- Facilitate workshops, manage e-learning delivery, and measure outcomes.
- Analyze results and recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, experience in instructional design or corporate training, excellent communication and project management skills, and proficiency with learning management systems and authoring tools.
