Job Description
We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that improve employee performance and engagement. In this role you will collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps, develop instructional materials, and facilitate workshops and e-learning courses. You will also measure learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement of training initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate training or Learning & Development
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and assessment tools
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
