Job Description
We are seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that improve employee performance. Responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, managing learning resources and the LMS, tracking training metrics, and supporting onboarding. You will collaborate with managers to assess needs and recommend workshops, e-learning, and coaching solutions.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in Learning & Development or HR.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
