Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Ticketing and Reservations Agent to manage bookings, issue tickets, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. Key duties include processing reservations, updating inventory, applying fare rules, resolving inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with operations and sales teams. Candidates must have strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Experience with reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is preferred. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, a professional and friendly attitude, and fluency in English. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior travel or hospitality experience is advantageous.
