Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our Cereals division in Marina, Lagos. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of N400,00. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies, oversee Territory Sales Executives and distributor teams, and ensure the achievement of sales volume, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Sales Manager will also optimize our route-to-market for retail coverage, drive promotional campaigns and trade initiatives, and cultivate strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
The successful applicant will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, possess over 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector (with at least 3 years in a leadership role), and be proficient in CRM systems and sales dashboards.
