Job Description
Location: Lagos and other locations
Job Summary: Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales revenue and foster customer relationships within assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales strategies across 30-50 Base stations
- Lead a team of approximately 10 direct reports
- Recruit Dealers and Distributors
- Achieve and report on sales targets (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Manage Spectranet shops and oversee BTL activities
- Analyze sales data for efficiencies and nurture customer relations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in telecom/ISP/FMCG
- Sales experience in FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Media, and E-Commerce
