Job Description
Mecer Consulting Limited, a leading firm in Human Capital Development and Business Growth Re-engineering, is seeking to hire a Teller Officer. This position is based in Abuja (FCT) and is full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting bank products and services.
- Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Teller or in a customer-facing role.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
