Job Description
Outsource Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Telesales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls, generate sales leads, and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include building relationships with customers through effective communication, handling complaints with timely solutions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. You will also work towards achieving sales targets and call handling quotas, while adhering to our communication procedures and guidelines.
