Job Description
Singa Cash is seeking a Telesales Agent to conduct outbound calls, promote fintech products, convert leads, and ensure accurate CRM records. The role requires clear communication of product value, objection handling, closing sales, meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets, and reporting customer insights.
- Requirements: prior fintech telesales experience; strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills; CRM and data-entry proficiency; resilience and goal orientation.
- Location & availability: must reside in Ogba/Ikeja or within a 40-minute commute (Lagos Mainland). Shift work Monday–Sunday and immediate start required.
- Compensation: N110,00 net monthly; additional N5,00 cash for weekend shifts.
