Job Description
Careers Verified is seeking a professional Telecom Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via voice, chat, and email. The role involves resolving inquiries on network issues, data plans, SIM registration, and billing; troubleshooting and escalating technical cases; processing SIM swaps, data activations, and account updates; maintaining CRM records; and ensuring compliance with NCC guidelines.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc.; strong verbal and written communication; excellent customer-service skills.
- Skills: basic telecom knowledge, CRM proficiency preferred, ability to work under pressure and in shift patterns.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦100,00–₦120,00/month.
