Job Description
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a proactive Technical Support Specialist to support spare parts and after‑sales service operations. The role involves handling customer communications, coordinating repairs and service calls, preparing quotations, processing orders and invoices, maintaining accurate records, and submitting periodic reports. Familiarity with CRM or service coordination is an advantage.
- Qualifications: HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in service, sales support, or spare parts operations.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Age: 18–30. Salary: N80,00–N150,00 gross monthly.
