Job Description
We are seeking a Lead for Technical Operations to oversee system performance, incident response, and continuous process improvements. This role collaborates with engineering teams to establish operational best practices, define and monitor KPIs, and automate routine tasks to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on troubleshooting, capacity planning, and change management.
- Coordinate incident response, drive automation, and mentor technical staff.
- Collaborate across teams to improve operational processes and observability.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 5+ years in technical operations or SRE; strong scripting skills (Python/Bash); experience with AWS or GCP and monitoring tools; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
