BPO Consortium is seeking a dedicated Technical Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen appliances, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Essential duties include providing technical support, conducting plumbing and electrical repairs, and maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers. Candidates should possess a diploma or certification in a relevant technical field, along with 2-3 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a retail setting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are required.
