Job Description
Standard Bank is seeking a proactive Team Lead to oversee a team of Business Bankers targeting tier 2 customers. This full-time role is based in Kura, Kaduna Road. The Team Lead will be responsible for onboarding new enterprise banking clients, managing existing relationships, reactivating dormant accounts, and cross-selling our diverse range of products. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial and business banking, demonstrating a strong background in sales and customer management.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
