Job Description
Standard Bank is seeking a Team Lead to oversee our Business Banking division. Located in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, this full-time position will focus on managing a team of Business Bankers responsible for tier 2 customers. Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 5-7 years of experience in commercial or business banking, along with a background in sales and relationship management.
