Job Description
Full-time position leading onboarding and relationship management for enterprise clients. You will monitor sales performance, conversion rates, lead pipelines and cross-sell targets; reactivate dormant accounts; and handle client complaints via phone, email and web chat.
Requirements: degree in Finance, Accounting or social sciences; ACCA/ACA certification or a master’s degree is advantageous. Must have 5–7 years’ frontline relationship or commercial banking experience with credit exposure.
