Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Specialist to source, attract, and hire top talent. You will oversee full-cycle recruiting by drafting job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting new-hire onboarding. Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system, build candidate pipelines, monitor hiring metrics, and enhance sourcing strategies to meet workforce needs.
- Minimum 2 years recruiting or HR experience
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; bachelor’s degree preferred
