Job Description
Join Ekóò PR as a Talent Manager in Lagos. In this full-time position, you will guide and nurture creative individuals, overseeing all aspects of their careers. You will secure brand deals, negotiate contracts, and maximize earning potential for your clients. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience and a relevant degree.
Responsibilities: Develop career strategies, network for opportunities, prepare clients for auditions/interviews, negotiate contracts, manage schedules, build relationships, and advocate for talent.
