Job Description
VFD Group is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will align hiring strategies with our core values of Execution, Entrepreneurship, Respect, Inclusion, and Dynamism. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will enhance our employer brand and elevate the candidate experience while forecasting talent needs and building effective recruitment pipelines.
Your responsibilities will include managing structured interview processes, utilizing HR technology effectively, and advocating for diversity initiatives within the organization. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, and proficiency in sourcing and stakeholder management.
