Job Description
Prime Watermark Consulting seeks a qualified Supermarket Supervisor for a full-time, in-person role in Lekki, Lagos. Accommodation is available.
- Oversee daily store operations; supervise and train staff.
- Manage inventory, vendors, merchandising, promotions, and customer service.
- Conduct audits, implement loss-prevention measures, and prepare sales/expense reports.
- Ensure effective use of POS and inventory systems.
Requirements: Higher National Diploma, minimum 3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: ₦140,00–₦150,00 per month.
