Job Description
Eden Solutions and Resources is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supermarket Supervisor to manage daily store operations. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and assist in supervising teams, inventory management, and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing staff, managing inventory levels, coordinating employee schedules, and addressing customer inquiries.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in retail is preferred, along with strong leadership capabilities and basic computer skills.
Education: HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
