Job Description
Beryl Springs Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supermarket Supervisor to lead our pharmacy operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pharmacists and support staff, ensuring adherence to ethical practices and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise pharmacy staff while monitoring their performance.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for dispensing medications and maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient inventory management.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) along with 2–5 years of relevant experience is required.
