Job Description
Prixair Group Ltd seeks a results-driven Supermarket Manager to oversee daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, inventory control, sales growth, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing procurement and POS systems, developing promotions, analyzing financial performance, and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; minimum 5 years’ supermarket management experience; proven track record in sales and cost control; strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency with retail management software.
