Job Description
Your key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations for unavailable items. You’ll ensure the stock is organized and labeled while monitoring inventory levels and reporting low stock to supervisors. Additionally, you will help customers pack their items and report any operational issues.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates must be physically fit to stand, lift, and move items throughout shifts.
