Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee our pharmacy operations at DANA GROUP OF COMPANIES. This full-time position entails managing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining proper inventory control.
The ideal candidate will provide clinical guidance, collaborate with healthcare professionals, supervise pharmacy staff, and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Additionally, you will review medication orders, monitor staff performance, and stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements.
Requirements include a minimum of M.Pharm, a valid pharmacist license, and 8-10 years of experience in production. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential.
