Job Description
Thehrgrid seeks a Strategy and Communications Lead to drive group strategy and oversee corporate communications. You will lead development and review of the Group strategy, align subsidiary plans, facilitate annual and quarterly strategy reviews, monitor strategic initiatives, and report progress to executive leadership.
- Design and implement a Group-wide communications program: speeches, press releases, social media, publications, brand governance, and crisis communications.
- Engage stakeholders including government, partners, and clients; represent the Group at events; gather feedback and track performance metrics.
- Ensure policy compliance and mentor strategy and communications teams through training and supervision.
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦300,00–₦400,00 per month.
