Job Description
Wisville Academy is in search of a committed Storekeeper to assist school administration by maintaining precise inventory and bookkeeping records. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to district policies, apply relevant accounting principles, and prepare necessary financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and manage inventory.
- Prepare financial reports and year-end accounts.
- Oversee general ledger management and bank reconciliations.
- Provide training for staff on financial procedures.
- Develop and monitor budget compliance.
Qualifications:
- OND or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
