Job Description
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Salary: ₦80,00 – ₦85,00 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Whip-smart Service Providers is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on driving sales and maintaining a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise store staff, resolve customer complaints, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
