Job Description

Job Summary

The Store Manager / Store Keeper will be responsible for managing the company’s inventory system, ensuring efficient stock control, and maintaining accurate records of goods received and dispatched. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our supply chain and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using digital inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reorders to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of items to maintain quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to align inventory with business needs
  • Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports to management
  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to minimize losses and enhance efficiency
  • Supervise store assistants and ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail

Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
