Job Description
Lolly Kitchen Affairs Limited is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper responsible for managing our food supplies and kitchen equipment. In this vital position, you will be tasked with receiving, storing, and issuing supplies to ensure our kitchen remains well-stocked and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify deliveries.
- Store food items in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Organize inventory using the FIFO method.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
- Assist with stock audits.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Keep accurate records of stock movements.
