Workpedia Africa Ltd is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support meal preparation, manage kitchen operations, and uphold food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing high-quality meals.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Oversee kitchen inventory.
- Support the head chef in supervising staff.
- Contribute to menu planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef.
- Knowledge of various cuisines.
