Job Description
DeliciousnessNaija Catering Services is looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in Abuja. You will play a vital role in assisting the Head Chef with all kitchen operations at our new branch. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include: assisting in menu development, overseeing dish preparation, ensuring quality and presentation, managing food costs, training junior staff, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.
Requirements: A degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a culinary role.
